Note: CHECKS, CHECK CARDS, and DEBT CARDS are NOT ACCEPTED for Collateral Deposit

For agreed-upon payments, deductibles, and to guarantee payment (We accept all Major credit cards)

BUSINESS HOURS
We are happy to schedule pickups and dropoffs 7 days a week, except on holidays.
We are accessible after hours. Please contact us to schedule a meetup.
RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is one day. Special weekly package rates available.
CANCELLATIONS
24 hour notice is required of all cancellations. The renter shall compensate Bellingham Grip for any loss it may sustain as a result of the renter canceling all or part of an order.
INSURANCE
Renters shall provide their own insurance to cover the retail value of equipment rented for all loss and damage. Rental cost will not be deducted from replacement cost. Certificates of insurance, or verification from insurance company that they are forthcoming, must be made available to Bellingham Grip prior to release of equipment.
LIABILITY
Bellingham Grip Is in no way responsible for any liabilities, claims, costs, or expenses arising out of the use or possession of its equipment. Our equipment is offered for inspection and test at the time of rental.
DAMAGED EQUIPMENT
All equipment is rented in good condition and is to be returned in the same condition. Necessary repair work shall be paid for by the lessee and rental costs will continue until unit is returned in satisfactory condition. If unit is damaged beyond repair lessee shall be charged the full list price.
GLOBES
All units are rented with globes. All burnouts and broken globes will be charged for.
RENTALS
All rentals are subject to all the terms and conditions of the Bellingham Grip rental agreement. Copy available upon request.
